Terms of delivery
General
We will retransmit your order to the nearest florist / fiorissimi.it National Office, which is also your personal contract partner. Nevertheless, our customer service department will be pleased to answer any questions you may have, or provide you with information concerning your order. Delivery of your flower order can only take place during the regular business hours of the fiorissimi.it contract partner. Delivery Date As a general rule, delivery takes place on the requested date. Exceptions:

By law, we are usually not permitted to deliver on Sundays or bank holidays.

14 February - St. Valentine's Day: Due to the high order volume on the busiest flower day of the year, orders for St. Valentines
Day, particularly to business addresses, may exceptionally be delivered early or after Valentine's Day, subject to fresh flower
availability.

Orders for Mother's Day are generally delivered on the Saturday before. Orders placed at short notice may be delivered on the
Monday after.
•
Christmas and New Year orders are generally delivered 2 - 3 days prior to the requested delivery date.
